We rethink telemonitoring — holistically

The key to successful therapy for patients with chronic heart disease lies in sustainable lifestyle changes — more physical activity, healthier nutrition, and less stress.

This is exactly where modern telemonitoring programs come into play. They help patients take responsibility for their own health by learning to better understand their condition and risk factors and to keep them under control.

Our inCareNet platform puts the patient at the center. Thanks to its modular design, it already enables the integration of numerous forward-looking functionalities. Whether heart failure telemonitoring, blood pressure monitoring, or AI-based ECG monitoring — with our solutions, we offer a wide range of options to tailor therapy to each patient’s individual needs.

Our available solutions

Blood pressure monitoring

Blood pressure and pulse are conveniently monitored via the inCareNet platform, with all values clearly displayed in graphical form. If individually defined thresholds are exceeded, the physician is automatically notified.

Export of CIED-follow-ups

inPACE enables the automatic export of follow-up data from programmers of all major manufacturers (BIOTRONIK, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott, and MicroPort). The data is transmitted wirelessly from the programmer via the inPACE Wi-Fi connector to the inPACE hub and can be seamlessly integrated into the patient record of the HIS or PMS system.

HF telemonitoring

The inCareNet HF platform enables effective and efficient telemonitoring of heart failure patients. It connects medical institutions and ensures secure, structured documentation.

Through the platform, data can be received and evaluated from cardiac rhythm devices of all leading manufacturers, as well as from external sensors such as scales, blood pressure monitors, and ECG devices.

The complete system is certified as a Class IIa medical device.

Long-term ECG with AI analysis

Our miniaturized, wireless long-term ECG recorder offers excellent wearing comfort and intuitive operation. The device records three channels—for up to 12 days on a single battery charge.

The AI-supported analysis software generates KV-compliant, informative, and easy-to-understand ECG reports—in just four clicks.

CIED telemonitoring

Our solution enables telemonitoring of patients with cardiac rhythm implants from all major manufacturers (BIOTRONIK, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott, MicroPort). Telemedical notifications are collected and documented centrally on a single platform and evaluated by the telemonitoring center (TMC) team for further action.

In the future, the platform will also support the management of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF).

Patient-App

Our patient management app has already proven successful in the TIMELY project¹ and will soon fully complement our digital portfolio in patient care. It enables the structured recording of vital parameters, provides individually tailored, supervised training programs, and integrates tools to assess medication adherence. In addition, it creates a direct communication interface between medical professionals and patients—ensuring close, personalized care.

ECG with AI pre-analysis

With the ECG module, you can monitor your patients’ heart rhythm precisely and efficiently. The raw data from the mobile ECG device PM100® (a Class IIa medical device) is visualized, measured, and interpreted in the HeartXViewer® software (also a medical device).

An integrated AI-supported pre-analysis detects rhythm disorders early and helps you make well-informed decisions more quickly—saving valuable time in everyday clinical practice.
